Order Fulfilment
All our chocolates are freshly hand-made each week using the best quality Belgian chocolate and ingredients. For that reason, we recommend that you order well in advance of the occasion, particularly during busy holiday periods to be assured or receiving your purchase in plenty of time for the occasion.
Returns & Refunds
We like to ensure you receive your order in the best condition, and will always send it out in the manner we would like you to receive it. However, some circumstances are beyond our control including weather and delivery couriers and we therefore cannot take responsibility for chocolates arriving which have been affected by circumstances such as hot weather or delivery issues. We promise to do our best to ensure that our chocolates are adequately protected but unfortunately cannot issue any refunds due to problems of this nature.
Delivery times & Postage
We aim to provide standard shipping to all of our UK customers, within 3-8 days. Our postage and packaging costs are as follows: Standard delivery (3-8 days from receipt of order) £3.95 Next day delivery (Monday to Friday) £8.50. Subject to availability & confirmation. Saturday delivery (Next day only) £13.95. Subject to availability & confirmation. FREE standard delivery for orders of £50 or over (3-8 days from receipt of order). FREE Local Collection We only deliver within the UK. In the event of delivery being delayed, please wait for 10 days for your parcel to be received before contacting us.
