Immerse yourself in the world of fine chocolate during this hands-on workshop, beginning with a guided tasting of chocolates from around the world, carefully selected to showcase distinct cocoa origins and flavour profiles.

You’ll then learn the art of crafting silky ganache, expertly flavouring and piping your own truffles under the guidance of our chocolatier.

After a short break with a hot or cold beverage, including our signature hot chocolate, you’ll return to decorate your creations using an elegant selection of high-quality ingredients and inclusions.

The experience continues with the creation of a beautifully finished chocolate shard and six hand-rolled traditional truffles coated in cocoa powder.

To conclude, you’ll carefully box and gift-wrap your handmade chocolates, leaving with a box of 24 luxury truffles and a bag of decorative shards, followed by a relaxed debrief and time for questions.

By booking a place on our chocolate making workshop, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Bookings & Payments
   All workshop places are non-transferable and non-refundable. Once a booking is made, it cannot be exchanged, transferred to another person, or refunded for Workshop Cancellation
   We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a workshop if there are insufficient bookings. In the event that we cancel the workshop, you will be contacted with further details.
2. Age Requirements
   This workshop is suitable for participants aged 14 years and over. Any participant under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. The accompanying adult must also purchase a workshop place and attend for the full duration of the workshop.
3. Allergies
   Due to the nature of the workshop and ingredients used, this workshop is not suitable for anyone with allergies. By booking, you acknowledge and accept this risk.
4. Health & Safety
   Participants attend the workshop at their own risk and must follow all health, safety, and hygiene instructions provided by the workshop host at all times. We reserve the right to refuse participation or remove any attendee whose behaviour is deemed unsafe or disruptive, without refund. Participants must take reasonable care when handling equipment, ingredients, and hot materials. We accept no responsibility for injury, loss, or damage to personal property unless caused by our negligence. By booking, you confirm that you are physically able to take part in the workshop.
5. Facilities
   Please note that there are no toilet facilities on site. However, a public toilet is available nearby.
6. Workshop Duration
   The workshop will last approximately 2 hours. Please be aware that timings are approximate and the workshop may overrun or finish slightly earlier.
